I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While the location is quite convenient with many shops nearby, I found the rooms to be quite small and not well-maintained. The service left much to be desired, as the staff seemed untrained and occasionally rude. On the bright side, the dining options were decent and I enjoyed the variety of Malaysian food offered. Overall, the hotel offers good value for money, but there are definitely areas that need improvement.
